NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alvord Unified School District will receive up to but not later than 11:00 AM on the 24th day of April 2025 Bids for:
AUSD Bid No. 2425-10 Villegas and Wells Exterior Painting Project
All bids shall be made and presented on a form furnished by the District. Bids submitted shall conform to the terms and conditions stated on said form. Bids shall be received in the office of the Facilities Department (Building C South Door) at 10365 Keller Ave., Riverside, CA 92505 and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above-stated time and place.
The mandatory jobwalk is on April 3, 2025 10:00 AM sharp. All sites will be visited, and we will start at Villegas MS 3754 Harvill Ln, Riverside, CA 92503, meet outside the front office. Please note that to bid the project, you are required to attend this project walk. All public works are subject to prevailing wage payments, Valid License Class C-33, B Contractor's License and DIR Registration will be required.
