Huntington Beach City - HVAC MOD PROJECTS AT EADER, PETERSON, SMITH ES & DWYER MS

There will be a MANDATORY pre-submittal conference on December 12, 2024 @ 10:00 am at Eader Elementary School, 9291 Banning Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. Meet in front of the Administration Office. Following the site walk at Eader Elementary School, attendees will be provided with instructions for the site walk at the remaining three (3) school sites. If a prime contractor fails to attend the entire conference and site walks, the prime contractor’s proposal will be rejected.

Prime contractors are required to submit to the District prequalification documents online with PQ Bids, at: https://pqbids.com/huntington-beach-csd-ab2031/  

Deadline for submission of prequalification documents to PQ Bids is no later than December 18, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.
