Santa Ana USD - Greenville Engage 360 Library Renovation

Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Santa Ana Unified School District (“District” or “Owner”) will receive sealed bids for the following project, (“Project” or “Contract”):

• Project: Greenville Engage 360 Library Renovation 04-123737 Bid Package: 01- General Construction

The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017, entered into between the District and various labor unions (the “CWA”). The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required by the District to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49.

Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2024, at the Spurgeon Administration Center (Santa Ana Unified School District Office) District Board Room, located at 1601 E. Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.

The District will conduct a mandatory informational job walk and conference relative to the Project.  The location of that job walk and conference shall be at Greenville Fundamental Elementary School 3600 S. Raitt St. Santa Ana, CA. 92704 meet at the flag pole. The job walk and conference will commence at 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2024
